1. What does Canvas Bling specialize in?

Canvas Bling Party is an event branding and experience company specializing in luxury party favors, custom event swag, and curated celebration experiences for both private events and corporate clients.

We focus on presentation, cohesion, and creating moments that feel intentional, not DIY.

2. What types of events do you create for?

We create for a wide range of events, including:
• Birthday and milestone celebrations
• Baby and bridal showers
• Girls’ nights and private events
• Corporate events and conferences
• Brand launches and influencer gifting

If your event requires custom branding and elevated presentation, we’re a great fit.

3. Do you offer DIY or printable templates?

No. Canvas Bling Party provides done-for-you custom products and curated experiences.

All items are professionally designed, assembled, and packaged to ensure a polished, high-end finish.

4. Is there a minimum order for custom party favors?

Yes. Custom orders require a $150 minimum. Larger events, bulk orders, and brand activations may require higher minimums depending on scope and quantity.

5. How does the custom order process work?

Our process is simple and stress-free:

  1. Submit a custom order request

  2. Receive your quote and submit a retainer fee

  3. Review and approve designs

  4. Final payment is submitted

  5. Production, packaging, and delivery

We handle the details, so you don’t have to.

6. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend submitting your request 3–4 weeks (or more) in advance of your event date. Larger events, corporate orders, and brand partnerships may require additional lead time.

Rush requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

7. Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on capacity and timeline. Additional fees may apply. Please note that rush requests are not guaranteed.

 

8. When is payment due?

A non-refundable retainer is required to begin all custom orders. The remaining balance is due prior to production. Orders are not produced or shipped until full payment is received.

9. Are deposits, retainers and payments refundable?

All deposits, retainers and payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work. In some cases, deposits/retainers may be applied toward a future event if production has not begun.

10. Do you ship orders?

Yes. We ship nationwide. Shipping fees and timelines are provided during the quoting process. Local pickup may be available depending on your location.

11. Do you work with brands and corporate clients?

Yes. We offer brand partnerships, PR boxes, swag bag sponsorships, and corporate gifting services. Please visit our Brand Partnerships & Event Activations page to learn more and submit an inquiry.
